CFTC serves the Wiley B. McMillin Center in Lake Charles by offering: community outreach events, education, parenting programs which feature seminars and workshops.
In the 8 years of service to the McMillin Center we have identified 3 areas of concern.

Due to lack of permanent housing for youth & youth in crisis, CFTC will provide therapeutic transitional housing. The home will provide the following:
